Data Extraction from Unstructured Forms

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to assist in extracting specific data from unstructured forms and converting it into a structured format. The data extracted will largley be the same data each time but will be presented in a variety of formats including unstrcutured paragrpahs, tables, tick boxes etc. I would need the programme to run on multiple machines. Ideally, I would like some kind of drag and drop format whereby the incoming form is dropped into the programme and a new output file (out own excel template) is output each time.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
