We are seeking a data specialist to extract and structure targeted fleet data from the FMCSA database for outbound compliance-focused outreach.
Scope
Pull US-based carriers meeting ALL of the following criteria:
• States: NJ, NY, PA, DE
• Status: Active
• Operation: Interstate
• Fleet size: 20–300 power units
• At least 1 inspection within the last 24 months
Objective
Identify high-relevance regional fleets for compliance-related email outreach.
Deliverable
Clean, structured spreadsheet including:
• Legal company name
• DBA (if applicable)
• USDOT number
• MC number (if available)
• Power units
• Drivers
• Physical address
• Phone
• Safety rating (if available)
• Inspection count (last 24 months)
• Email address (if publicly available — no scraping of restricted data)
• Website (if available)
Data Standards
• No fabricated or estimated data
• Clearly identify source for each record
• Deduplicate entries
