Join the People Analytics team to support the expansion of our HR data platform, focusing on data pipeline refactoring, integrations, and onboarding new data sources.

You will work with Workday, Dataiku, Tableau, and Trino/Presto to ensure scalable, automated, and high-quality data flows.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Data Engineering / ETL pipelines

  • Build and refactor existing ETL/ELT pipelines with focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability

  • Specifically, integrate data from CFO (SAP BW / S/4HANA) into the HR data warehouse; collaborate with Finance stakeholders to understand and translate data into People Analytics–ready datasets
