Data Entry Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for the integrity of the data uploaded to the SalesForce CRM. You will ensure that complete and accurate data is cleansed, stored, maintained and allocated to the Sales Development Representatives to improve the quality of the end-to-end sales process.

Responsibilities

• Ensure valid, accurate, and complete data is entered into the systems in a timely manner.
• Deduplication of records, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Respond to colleagues' queries regarding data access and quality.
• Ensure data practices comply with all relevant regulations and policies around data protection, privacy, retention, etc.
• Manage data collection, cleansing, and manipulation processes to ensure data is readily accessible and easy for the Sales team to work with.
