A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Data Entry Operator.


Position type: Full-time Contract

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Columbus, OH



As a Data Entry Operator, you will:
  • Responsible for working with legal documents, or the ability to quickly learn and understand a variety of documents in a legal setting.
  • Responsible for conducting data entry and processing to assist paralegals in the Legal Department.
  • Responsible for reviewing documents, including correspondence and legal documents, and understanding their general content.
  • Responsible for searching for and identifying appropriate case files in multiple databases (CRM and other databases).
  • Responsible for tracking high volumes of documents and organizing files documents in Document Management Systems.
