Lim Chambers is a growing multi-branch law firm in Malaysia focusing on litigation, family, corporate and conveyancing matters.

We are building a structured internal operations and billing system to support our expansion.

We are hiring a detail-oriented clerk to manage case setup, finance data entry, and billing control support.

This role focuses on system discipline and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

Case & System Setup

  • Create new matters in system (CoreMatter or equivalent)
  • Insert client information accurately
  • Create and update Trello case cards using templates
  • Upload and organise documents into correct folders

Finance & Payment Recording

  • Create payment vouchers
  • Record bank payments (office & trust account)
  • Match receipts against bank records
  • Retrieve invoices from email (court, runner, courier, suppliers)
