We are building a structured internal operations and billing system to support our expansion.
We are hiring a detail-oriented clerk to manage case setup, finance data entry, and billing control support.
This role focuses on system discipline and accuracy.
Job Responsibilities
Case & System Setup
- Create new matters in system (CoreMatter or equivalent)
- Insert client information accurately
- Create and update Trello case cards using templates
- Upload and organise documents into correct folders
Finance & Payment Recording
- Create payment vouchers
- Record bank payments (office & trust account)
- Match receipts against bank records
- Retrieve invoices from email (court, runner, courier, suppliers)
