About the Role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to support day-to-day operations by ensuring accurate and timely entry of business data across multiple systems. This role is critical in maintaining clean records, supporting reporting needs, and ensuring operational accuracy.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with QuickBooks (QB) and Moraware, is comfortable handling repetitive tasks with precision, and can work independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in QuickBooks (QB) and Moraware
  • Review source documents for accuracy and completeness before data entry
  • Ensure consistency of data across systems and resolve discrepancies when identified
  • Assist with basic financial data entry such as invoices, payments, and job records
  • Maintain organized digital records and follow data management procedures
