About The Role
We are looking for a fast, detail-oriented Data Entry & Lead Generation Specialist to support a client campaign focused on gathering high-quality leads. You'll be responsible for working from client-provided lead criteria, using tools like Apollo and Sales Navigator, and ensuring that all data is accurately captured, tested, and delivered.
This is a remote role that requires precision, consistency, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
Follow specific lead filters and criteria provided by the client
Source leads using Apollo, Sales Navigator, and other databases
Perform email bounce testing to verify deliverability
Record and organise lead data accurately in Google Sheets
Deliver clean, well-formatted data sheets by set deadlines
Communicate regularly with team leads on progress and updates
