Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to manage day-to-day financial records for our fashion clothing and textile e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate bookkeeping, Data Entry, timely reporting, and smooth coordination with sales, procurement, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments
• Record daily e-commerce sales (website,, COD & online payments)
• Reconcile bank statements
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Prepare vendor payments, customer refunds, and expense reimbursements
