• Enters data from paper records into a database management system within the specified timeframe
• Reviews data to ensure accuracy and prioritises projects by importance
• Maintains confidentiality of information and ensures data privacy and security
• Performs administrative duties such as filing forms and reports
• Troubleshoots customer and account system changes and upgrades, tests data input/output, and records results
• Backs up important data files to a secure storage system
