Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Daily tracking of warehouse material receipts and shipments to ensure accurate inventory records;
  • Preparation of inventory reports and prompt reporting of inventory discrepancies;
  • Assistance with physical inventory counts, documentation of discrepancies, and analysis of causes;
  • Archiving warehouse statistical documents and maintaining statistical ledgers;
  • Collaboration with procurement and production departments to verify material requirements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse statistics experience preferred;
  • Proficient in Excel and other office software with strong data sensitivity;
  • Detail-oriented and responsible with basic data analysis skills;
  • Understanding of warehouse management processes and adherence to warehouse regulations.
