Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Data Entry Clerk. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in digital systems, verifying data integrity, and addressing discrepancies. Other tasks include assisting with administrative duties, handling correspondence and documents, and ensuring data confidentiality and security while meeting deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficient typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to use various software and tools
  • Experience in administrative assistance, including organizing and maintaining records
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Prior experience in data entry, office administration, or related roles preferred
