  • Prepare details for billing. Order prep and bill making.
  • Perform basic secretarial duties such as answering phones and transferring to appropriate coworker as well as directing visitors and staff.
  • Verify work orders to assure no discrepancies.
  • Organize daily paperwork.
  • Requirements

  • College Diploma, preferable in administration.
  • Bilingual in both English and French.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Good work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to pay close attention to details.
