Job Responsibilities:

  • Input, update and maintain data accurately into the company system or database.
  • Verify and cross-check information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Organise and maintain electronic files and documents.
  • Assist with simple administrative tasks when required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Good typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and able to follow instructions.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Preferably able to start immediately.
