Job Responsibilities:
- Input, update and maintain data accurately into the company system or database.
- Verify and cross-check information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Organise and maintain electronic files and documents.
- Assist with simple administrative tasks when required.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Detail-oriented, responsible and able to follow instructions.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Preferably able to start immediately.
