Data Entry Associate

We're hiring: Data Entry & Workflow Support Associate (Full-time)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy person to help us with accurate data entry into our internal system and support testing of new workflows and features.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, is comfortable with basic tech tools, and is interested in how software and processes work behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate data in our internal platform

• Validate, clean, and update records as required

• Test new workflows and features before they go live

• Report bugs, inconsistencies, or usability issues clearly

• Help improve data quality and internal processes over time

Requirements

• Comfortable working with web-based tools, spreadsheets, and internal systems
