Greetings! We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support our operations in Johor Bahru. This position is based in Kempas .
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in order processing, inventory management or a related role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock and records.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and basic inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily incoming and outgoing orders efficiently.
Ensure inventory accuracy and update stock records.
Maintain daily Proof of Delivery (POD) updates.
Communicate with customers and internal teams promptly.
Prepare and submit reports as required.
Education:
STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
