Data Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer (API Developer) to join our clients team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with a passion for designing secure, scalable APIs that enable seamless integration across enterprise systems.

You will play a key role in supporting enterprise data architecture, microservices, and real-time data processing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

API Design & Development

• Design, develop, and maintain secure RESTful and SOAP APIs
• Implement authentication and authorisation protocols (OAuth, API keys)
• Manage API lifecycle using API Gateway and monitoring tools

Systems Integration

• Integrate APIs with internal platforms and third-party services
• Enable secure, efficient API-based data ingestion and delivery
