Position Overview 

This position will support the data analytics and reporting requests of our growing Performance Management team within Swickard Auto Group. The Performance Management team is tasked with delivering insights and analytics that help drive bottom line impact and improve the customer experience across the entire organization. The insights generated through the data work that this position generates and maintains will be critical in the corporate and retail level decision-making process. 

The ideal candidate will have advanced Data Engineering skills, an analytical mindset, great attention to detail, ability to manage projects on their own, and craft data solutions that are both expedient and scalable.
