JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead the planning, development, deployment, and maintenance of company data sources, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Establish and champion data governance standards to safeguard accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines using modern data integration tools.
• Partner with Data Analysts to translate business and analytical requirements into scalable data models.
• Develop and maintain robust data warehouse structures that support reporting, analytics, and strategic initiatives.
• Proactively monitor data quality through validation, testing, and troubleshooting of ETL processes.
• Collaborate with Application Development teams to implement best practices in data integration and processing.
