Answer Digital is looking to recruit a Data Engineer to play a vital role in supporting the digital transformation journeys of our clients.

What you’ll be doing

We’re looking for someone who has experience guiding teams and supporting clients to use data to make better decision making. We have some exciting plans for our Data Capability in 2026, so if you’ve got a passion for building great teams and supporting our Data Engineer Academy then that would be great. Healthcare experience, or a passion for working across healthcare data projects is a bonus.

• Designing and implementing complex data pipelines, leveraging both NoSQL and relational databases.
• Develop and manage cloud-based data solutions, ensuring scalability and security.
