We build and operate data-driven systems that power recruitment analytics, candidate matching, and operational reporting for clients across India. This on-site role is based in India and focuses on production-grade data engineering to support analytics and ML use cases.

- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL and data ingestion pipelines for batch and streaming sources to serve analytics and machine-learning needs.
- Develop, optimize, and deploy Spark jobs and SQL-based transformations to ensure data accuracy, performance, and cost efficiency on cloud platforms.
