Job Description
A Mid-Level Data Engineer with 5-6 years hands-on experience who can design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable data pipelines and data platforms that enable analytics, reporting, and machine learning. Required to work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and software engineers to ensure data is available, accurate, secure, and performant.
2. Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain batch and streaming ETL/ELT pipelines
Ingest data from databases, APIs, files, logs, and event streams
Ensure data quality, consistency, and validation checks
Develop and optimize data models for analytics (fact/dimension tables)
Work with data warehouses and data lakes
Implement partitioning, indexing, and performance tuning
Build data solutions on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and on-premises
Manage cloud data services (S3, ADLS, BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
Ensure scalable and fault-tolerant architectures
