Educational qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or
related field.
• Master's degree in Data Engineering, Big Data, (preferred but not required).
Relevant experience
• 6–10 years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or data warehousing, with
at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial capacity.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines, preferably in Fintech, Banking,
or high-volume transactional environments.
• Deep knowledge of data lakehouse architecture, real-time streaming, and batch processing
systems.
