Job Description:

• Transfer and update data from the company's QNE system to SAP using Excel for export and upload, ensuring all entries are complete and accurate.
• Review and validate data for accuracy and consistency before encoding or uploading, following guidance from the SAP Team.
• Organize and maintain upload records in the SAP shared folder, ensuring files are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all files and data in compliance with company data privacy and security policies.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies or clarify information in records and uploaded data.
• Assist in creating basic reports and summaries to support operational and management requirements.
• Perform regular checks to ensure data integrity and suggest process improvements for more efficient data handling.
