Job Description
- Preferably female
- College graduate or at least 2 years in college,
preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or any related course - With IT background or strong computer skills
- Experience in data encoding, billing, invoicing, or warehouse/admin work is an advantage
- Responsible for encoding warehouse delivery data into the system based on documents provided by the Warehouse
Clerk - In charge of preparing, organizing, and issuing receipts
- Responsible for invoice preparation and invoicing records
- Knowledgeable in using computer systems, databases, and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
