Data Encoder

The Data Encoder, providing support to the Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, checking, and accurately encoding daily sales transactions made by the sales force. This position will be under the IT Department and based on-site.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• With experience as a data entry clerk, data encoder, or similar role.
• Excellent typing skills and proficiency in data entry software and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Must have good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with data entry procedures and best practices.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
