Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data from various sources into company databases and spreadsheets.
• Check records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with formats.
• Organize and file physical/digital documents for easy retrieval.
• Generate basic reports or summaries from encoded data.
• Assist in digitizing paper records through scanning and indexing.
• Support admin tasks like printing, photocopying, and basic Excel functions.

Qualifications

• Graduates of Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
