Role Overview:
Responsible for the accurate entry of seafarer data into the HRIS and the secure digitization of records. This role acts as a critical link between the Crewing Department and the Records Department, ensuring data integrity and strict adherence to international security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Encoding: Input seafarer profiles, sea service history, and STCW certifications into the HRIS with 99% accuracy.
• Digitization: Scan and upload all physical documents to SharePoint or HRIS system (DCS or any other future HRIS Software and principal systems) using standardized naming conventions.
• ISO 27001 Compliance: Maintain a Clean Desk policy, secure sensitive PII (Personally Identifiable Information), and ensure no unauthorized data duplication.
