• Inputting data accurately and efficiently into databases and spreadsheets from various sources such as paper documents, digital files, and other systems.
• Verifying and cleaning data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple databases or systems.
• Utilizing specialized data entry software and tools to expedite the data encoding process while minimizing errors.
• Generating and maintaining detailed logs of activities, including data entry volumes and errors, to facilitate reporting and performance tracking.
• Collaborating with team members and departments to resolve discrepancies, gather additional information, or clarify data before entry.
