Data Encoder

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 09:00 PM

We are looking for a detail-oriented Encoder to accurately input, update, and maintain data across CRM platforms and internal systems. The role requires strong Excel skills, understands data structuring, comfortable handling large volume of data and ability to manage data efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encode and update data accurately in CRM platforms
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Generate basic reports using Excel (e.g., tracking, summaries)
• Perform data validation and regular data clean-up
• Handle confidential information with care
• Closely collaborate with the team on the missing information.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Data Encoder or similar role
• Basic knowledge in CRM platforms (e.g , Microsoft CRM, or similar)
