Job Summary:
The Encoder is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining company data and records. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and the ability to support and improve office systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any IT-related course or with strong IT background
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
- Shows initiative in improving office processes and workflows
- With leadership qualities and ability to guide or assist team members
- Other related work experience is an advantage but not required
