KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Document Preparation Task

• Assess and review instructions or scenario of each matter
• Check and understand title details. Identify discrepancy on borrower's name, security address details and any additional information such as Existing Mortgage, Caveat, Writ, Limited, Lease, Covenants and other notes
• Accuracy in entering/loading of data in Caseflow such as Borrower Details, Security & Title Details, Loan details, Fees, Conditions and Undertaking...
