About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Back Office team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate data processing, report analysis, and timely confirmations for buyers, sellers, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret daily reports to complete assigned tasks accurately
• Send confirmations to Buyers and Sellers upon receipt of contact information
• Track completion of the following:
• Title Exam and Tax Research
• Affiliated Business Disclosure
• Buyer and Seller Confirmations
• Lender Confirmations
• Invitations to Closing Connect
• Identify, assess, and anticipate workflow issues or potential delays
