ShipMonk is seeking a Freight Coordinator to manage end-to-end delivery appointment scheduling via the DataDocks portal across global fulfillment centers. You will review ASN, pallet counts, and BOL alignment, and act as the primary contact for carriers, brokers, and merchants via email and Slack.

You'll perform bulk ASN and PO data uploads using Metabase and templates, monitor inbound capacity, generate weekly performance reports for the Transportation team, and coordinate with warehouse
