Data Coordinator – Marketing Data Science

Responsibilities

• Lead the data scientists team, fostering an environment of collaboration, continuous learning, autonomy with accountability, and alignment with the organization's strategic priorities.
• Act as a people leader, conducting management routines, performance monitoring, goal setting, feedback, individual development and strengthening team culture.
• Build and prioritize the roadmap of analytical and data science initiatives, balancing business impact, technical feasibility, deadlines and team capacity.
