Job Description

We currently have a temporary full-time opening for a Data Conversion Assistant on our Policy Conversion team in our office. The duration of this temporary contract is 4 months. This role ensures that our insurance policies are accurately migrated into our new system (Guidewire). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain or increase office/administrative experience and work in a team-based, collegial environment. This includes manual data entry (input or correction) for policies that are not auto-renew and require manual review. More specifically:

What You'll Do:

  • Accurately enter any missing or incorrect policy information into our new Guidewire system;

  • Thoroughly review work to ensure and maintain the integrity of policy data

  • Track and report on the progress of assigned tasks;

  • Attend and participate in regular O3 meetings and feedback sessions;
