Position Overview
The Data Controller is responsible for maintaining and validating engineering and asset data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, verify, and manage engineering and asset-related data.
Support CMMS data build activities and asset registration processes.
Maintain spare parts data and ensure alignment with engineering documentation.
Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks.
Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma in Information Technology, Information Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Data Controller in oil and gas industry.
Awareness of engineering data requirements, business data models, spare parts processes, and CMMS build processes.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
