Data ControllerPosition Overview
The Data Controller is responsible for maintaining and validating engineering and asset data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, verify, and manage engineering and asset-related data.
• Support CMMS data build activities and asset registration processes.
• Maintain spare parts data and ensure alignment with engineering documentation.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks.
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma in Information Technology, Information Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Data Controller in oil and gas industry.
• Awareness of engineering data requirements, business data models, spare parts processes, and CMMS build processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
