Data Cloud Consultant / Associate Consultant

Roles & responsibilities

• Solution Configuration & Deployment: Configure Salesforce Data Cloud components such as Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights, and Segmentation. Ensure accurate setup and alignment with client requirements for seamless data activation.
• Data Integration & Identity Resolution: Design and implement data ingestion pipelines and identity resolution processes to unify customer profiles across Salesforce and external systems.
• Platform Integration: Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, and third-party platforms using APIs, connectors, and middleware tools for end-to-end data flow.
• Requirement Analysis & Documentation: Participate in client workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and configuration steps.
