The Company: My client is an international service-based system integrator who has been around for > 20 years and they design, install and service security, fire alarm, life safety, AV and building automation solutions.
About The Role: In this role the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the application engineering, programming, troubleshooting, start-up, and check-out of assigned installed projects which are primarily larger and more complex. Individuals work shall be in accordance with the established quality standards.
You will be required to handle the technical support for customers and be responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction with installed Security, and/or integrations into Building Automation Systems.
