Overview

Our Client is a data center developer and operator in the Philippines. With the expansion of their business, they are looking for Data Centre Operations Officers .

Responsibilities

  • 24/7 monitoring of operational conditions
  • Reception and logging of incidents
  • Initial incident triage and classification
  • Provide remote hands services
  • Escalate incidents to the relevant persons in charge
  • Maintenance of accurate incident timelines and records
  • Cabling activities such as cable dressing and organization, labelling, testing, physical cabling fault isolation and restoration, removal and cleanup of abandoned cabling, termination
  • Physical hardware support (observation and reporting only)
  • Environmental monitoring support
  • Escort visitors and provide access support when required
