Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and capable Data Centre Operations Manager to lead the operations and maintenance of Eindec's mobile and modular data centres.
This is a management role responsible for supervising the technical team, ensuring reliability, and maintaining operational standards across multiple deployed sites.
You will oversee all aspects of critical infrastructure operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, and service delivery performance, while collaborating with design, engineering, and customer teams to ensure world-class uptime and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team responsible for mobile data centre sites.
- Ensure continuous uptime and operational reliability of deployed modular DC units (target ≥ 99.98%).
- Oversee operation and maintenance of all M&E systems – power, UPS, generators, HVAC/CRAC/CRAH, and liquid cooling systems.
