Data Centre Logistics Coordinator

Job Responsibilities-

• Receive and inspect IT hardware – Ensuring incoming servers, storage, and networking equipment arrive in good condition.
• Inventory tracking – Recording every item into the asset management system so nothing gets lost.
• Safe transportation – Moving heavy equipment to racks without damaging hardware or endangering staff.
• Labeling and organizing – Properly tagging devices and organizing storage rooms so equipment is easy to locate.
• Coordinate deliveries and returns – Working with vendors or couriers for timely shipments and returns of faulty equipment.
• Support installations – Providing engineers with the right hardware during setup or upgrades.
• Disposal and recycling – Handling old or broken equipment in compliance with environmental and company regulations.
