Data Centre Asset Technician

About the Role

We are looking for an Asset Technician to support the daily asset management operations of a large-scale Internet Data Centre (IDC). The successful candidate will be responsible for asset registration, inventory control, warehouse operations and ensuring accurate asset records throughout the asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities

. Support 5×8 operational duties and provide after-hours support when required.

. Register, label and track IT assets throughout their lifecycle.

. Perform asset receiving, storage, issuance, transfer and decommissioning.

. Manage warehouse access and asset entry/exit registration according to SOPs.

. Execute work orders and respond to requests in accordance with SLA requirements.

. Maintain accurate asset records, inventory logs and documentation.
