Insight Global is seeking a Data Center Technician for a large enterprise client. You will be the primary resolver for your support team, skilled at troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues. You create and maintain documentation on technologies you support and effectively pass down knowledge to junior staff. You have basic to intermediate system administration skills and can take on remote system administration tasks when needed. You work autonomously to resolve most support issues, execute small projects independently, and assist your manager with larger local projects. You act as the initial escalation point for junior technicians and understand all aspects of the equipment you support. You know how to innovate and make decisions independently, while also taking direction and paying attention to detail. This position is based in Varennes, QC and is a 6 month contract with extensions and potential conversion to full time.
