Data Center Technician

Responsible for effective delivery of hands‑on technical support and installations. This will include server hardware and network break‑fix tasks structured cabling installation rack deployments and decommissioning activities site planning problem escalation and performing installations in an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) datacenter. Prioritize ticketing queues resolving incidents and escalations and to clear blocking issues to enable continued delivery of hands‑on technician activities in accordance with internal polices and service level agreements. Provide 24x7 site coverage for Oracle OCI datacenter sites.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Information Systems OR equivalent work experience
