• Ability to perform hands-on data center tasks including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and following written procedures
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, fiber/copper cabling, power systems, HVAC, and other facilities infrastructure, with preferred familiarity with CompTIA or equipment-specific certifications
