Job Description

Manages and services large-scale 'in-country' data centre infrastructure and facilities to ensure 24x7 operations in rotating shifts. Proactive coordination and escalation related to site operational issues and client's requirements ensuring great customer experience at all times while also taking guidance and complying with STT GDC GDCO policies and standards.
  • Support and ensure smooth 24x7 running of the operations in the 'in-country' data centre.

  • Acts as Level 1 escalation point by overseeing and resolving all onsite operational incidents and major issues, responding & performing remote requests within SLA.
