Data Center Shift Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Under the general supervision of the Data Center Operations (DCO) Head, runs the information processing aspects of the data center for a production environment.
• Implements and observes job scheduling of operational programs, backup procedures, and output management.
• Performs monitoring of the status of all online services and critical resources and processes that may affect online availability.
• Monitors net settlement position using provided monitoring tools to effectively minimize settlement risk exposure of BancNet.
• Functions as Shift Lead and assumes the responsibilities of the assigned shift.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any computer-related course
• At least 5 years of working experience as a Data Center Operator / Data Center Specialist
• Preferably with at least 3 years of experience as a Supervising Data Center Operator / Supervising Data Center Specialist
