Job Description
Data Center (Servers) Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of server infrastructure within the data center environment. The role ensures high availability, security, performance optimization, and smooth operations of physical and virtual servers, along with backup, storage, and disaster recovery support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer Windows/Linux servers in Data Center environment.
Perform server installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
Monitor server performance, uptime, logs, and system health to ensure SLA compliance.
Manage Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user access controls.
Handle virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) including VM provisioning and resource allocation.
Manage and support storage systems (SAN/NAS) and RAID configurations.
